Major Bui Gia Tuan - Deputy Head of the Provincial Police Logistics Department, teacher Nguyen Thanh Long - Principal of Pa U Primary School for Ethnic Minorities, along with teachers and students of Mo Chi school attended.
Pa U is a particularly difficult border commune of the province, with fragmented terrain, inconvenient transportation, and a high poverty rate. Educational facilities are still lacking, many schools have temporary, dilapidated classrooms; unstable electricity sources greatly affect teaching and learning.

In order to help the school overcome difficulties, the Provincial Police Logistics Department mobilized Ngu Kim Huy Gia Binh Duong Company to sponsor the renovation of the old kitchen into 2 new classrooms and install 10 solar lights. After a period of urgent construction, the project was completed and put into use. The classrooms were built spaciously, cleanly and beautifully; the solar light system operated independently to help teachers and students have enough light for studying and living.

At the program, the sponsor and the Provincial Police Logistics Department awarded 20 scholarships to disadvantaged students studying at Mo Chi school.
The total value of renovating 2 classrooms, installing solar lighting systems and awarding scholarships is 100 million VND.
