Ensure good progress of 500kV line through Lao Cai

The 500kV Lao Cai - Vinh Yen transmission line project has a total line length of nearly 300km/468 tower locations.

For example, in Thac Ba commune, 92 households are affected, but up to this point, the commune has handed over 35/35 column foundation positions to the construction unit.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh - Head of Economic Department, Thac Ba commune, Lao Cai province said: "We have advanced 80% of the money to households before building the foundations. Up to now, the plan has been approved to make a decision to recover. From now on, we will continue to pay the remaining amount to households".

The 500kV Lao Cai - Vinh Yen transmission line project has a total length of nearly 300km/468 pole locations, passing through Lao Cai and Phu Tho provinces. In Lao Cai province alone, 259/273 locations have completed foundation excavation, 99 locations have completed pole installation. The entire political system of the province is joining hands with the investor and contractor to speed up the progress to bring the project to the finish line before August 19 as directed by the Prime Minister.
