The rally in response to Vietnam Law Day will be held on November 8.

On the afternoon of October 27, the Provincial Department of Justice chaired a meeting with relevant departments, branches, units and localities to agree on the implementation of the contents of the rally in response to Vietnam Law Day 2025 (November 9, 2025).

Accordingly, the rally in response to Vietnam Law Day 2025 will be held at 6:30 a.m. on November 8, 2025 at October 30 Square (Tran Quoc Nghien Street, Ha Long Ward) with the participation of about 1,500 people representing the following groups: Armed Forces; cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers; people; students and businesses.

The rally will include the following contents: Screening of propaganda reports on Vietnam Law Day associated with the implementation of Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW dated April 30, 2025 of the Politburo on Innovation in law-making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era; awarding prizes for the online contest "Learning about the law on road traffic order and safety in Quang Ninh province in 2025"; releasing balloons to open the rally in response to Vietnam Law Day in 2025.

At the rally in response to Vietnam Law Day 2025, there will also be a running program with the theme "Spreading the spirit of the rule of law" with a common distance of 3km.

At the meeting, after hearing a quick briefing on the rally program, representatives of relevant departments, branches, units and localities discussed, contributed opinions and agreed on a number of contents, such as: Program participants; work to ensure security, order, traffic safety and health ; progress of building a propaganda report on Vietnam Law Day; detailed script of the program... to ensure the program is concise, solemn and meaningful, creating a spread throughout society about the meaning of Vietnam Law Day on November 9.
