Responding to Vietnam Law Day (November 9), on the morning of November 10 in Ho Chi Minh City, Cong Ly Newspaper coordinated with the Office of the National Traffic Safety Committee, the Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Safety Committee, the People's Police Academy and the Southern Center for Education and Training Development (Office of the Ministry of Education and Training ) to organize the Launching Ceremony of the Online Contest "Learning about the law on traffic order and safety".
This is a practical activity to innovate the form of propaganda, dissemination and education of traffic safety laws in the digital transformation period; contributing to raising awareness, forming a sense of self-consciousness in complying with the law and building a culture of safe and civilized traffic in the community.
This year's four online competitions include: Learning about the law on participating in traffic on highways; Learning about the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety in 2024 and safe driving skills; Learning about the law on violations of alcohol concentration regulations when driving vehicles; Learning about the law on the responsibility of the person who hands over the vehicle to a person who is not qualified to drive a vehicle.

The test content is carefully constructed, linked to real life, focusing on common violations that pose a high risk of causing traffic insecurity.
Each contest includes four knowledge blocks: basic, practical situations, synthesis and essay; helping contestants both study and practice legal thinking, and self-assess their ability to understand and apply the law in daily life.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. To Thi Lan Phuong - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Cong Ly Newspaper, representative of the Organizing Committee, emphasized that the application of technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in the dissemination and education of law is an inevitable direction, helping to spread the spirit of respect for the law and build a civilized traffic culture.
"The exam system is designed to be user-friendly and easy to access on all devices, with AI supporting scoring and data statistics, ensuring objectivity, transparency, and fairness for all candidates," Ms. Phuong shared.

Representing the education sector, Mr. Le Thang Loi, Director of the Southern Center for Education and Training Development (Office of the Ministry of Education and Training) affirmed that traffic safety is not only a responsibility but also a behavioral culture in modern life.
Organizing online competitions is a lively way to help students access legal knowledge in a proactive, attractive way, suitable for the digital age.
Ms. To Thi Lan Phuong expressed her belief that with the coordination of agencies, organizations and the active response from students, students and people, the online contest "Learning about the law on traffic order and safety" will truly become a meaningful playground, contributing to bringing the law closer to life, forming a culture of safe - civilized - humane traffic in modern society.

As planned, the competitions will take place from November 15 to 23, 2025, entirely on a digital platform at https://cuocthi.congly.vn, allowing people across the country to participate conveniently and safely.
