Kinhtedothi - On November 11, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 1339-CV/TU on the implementation of the National Great Unity Day in 2024.
The document should be clear, implementing Official Dispatch No. 25/MTTU-BTT dated October 23, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on coordinating the direction and implementation of the National Great Unity Day in 2024, aiming to build, consolidate and promote the strength of the great national unity bloc;educate the tradition of patriotism; strengthen social consensus, strongly contributing to the construction and development of the Capital and the country.
On the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2024) and to ensure the quality, meaningfulness and practicality of the organization of the National Great Unity Day in 2024, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee requests Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, agencies and units to lead and create favorable conditions for the good organization of the National Great Unity Day in 2024 in localities. At the same time, direct propaganda and encourage Party members, cadres and civil servants to attend the Festival to share the joy, thereby grasping the situation, visiting, encouraging and motivating the people in the area.
The Party Committee of the City People's Committee leads the City People's Committee, directs the People's Committees of districts, towns, communes, wards and townships in the city to coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the same level to prepare conditions for the organization of the Great National Unity Day in the locality; directs the leaders of departments, branches and sectors to participate in the Festival activities with the people.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City directs the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels to continue to innovate the organization of the National Great Unity Day in the direction of improving quality, ensuring practicality, meaning and suitability to the actual conditions of each locality so that the National Great Unity Day is truly a festival for all people; build a schedule to invite the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, and city leaders to attend the Festival in localities; coordinate with relevant agencies and units to prepare conditions for the leaders of the Party, State, and city leaders to attend the Festival.
The Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee has done a good job of propagating and raising awareness among all classes of the Capital's people about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; the significance of the National Great Unity Day; the glorious history and great contributions of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the cause of gaining national independence, unifying the country, building and defending the Vietnamese Fatherland; and the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the current period.
The document requests the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to proactively arrange their work to attend the 2024 National Great Unity Day in localities.
