On the evening of May 20, the Investigation Police Agency of Tam Ky City Police ( Quang Nam ) announced that it had just initiated a case, prosecuted the accused and executed an arrest warrant to temporarily detain two business directors including: Huynh Hong Danh (31 years old, in Tam Thai commune, Phu Ninh district, Quang Nam), Director of Quang Nam Infrastructure Construction Joint Stock Company; To Van Thanh (37 years old, in Que My commune, Que Son district, Quang Nam), Director of Dai Loc Construction Joint Stock Company.
Danh was prosecuted and detained to investigate the act of using fake documents of agencies and organizations; Thanh was prosecuted and detained to investigate the act of forging documents of agencies and organizations.
In addition, Nguyen Tien (28 years old, in Que Hiep commune, Que Son district), an employee of Huynh Hong Danh, was also prosecuted and temporarily detained to investigate the act of forging documents of agencies and organizations and using forged documents of agencies and organizations.

Previously, through the management of the area, the Criminal Police Team of Tam Ky City Police discovered information that a number of suspects had forged documents and papers of agencies and organizations and used fake documents to participate in bidding for construction projects in Tam Ky City.
Upon verification, realizing the seriousness of the incident, the Criminal Police Team coordinated to investigate and fight.
The investigation determined that in early 2024, Quang Nam Infrastructure Construction Joint Stock Company bid for a number of items and projects invested by Tam Ky City Land Fund Development Center.
Huynh Hong Danh, Nguyen Tien and To Van Thanh forged documents sent by state agencies to the Tam Ky City Land Fund Development Center to prove the company's capacity in the bidding documents.
Tam Ky City Police Investigation Agency has temporarily seized 1 laptop, 3 mobile phones, 4 documents related to the act of forging, using fake documents of agencies, organizations and other documents.
Currently, the case of forgery and use of fake documents is being continued to be investigated and expanded by the Investigation Police Agency of Tam Ky City Police.
