The first hospital in Dong Nai put into use AI service robots

(DN) - On September 25, Specialist II Doctor Nguyen Tuong Quang, Deputy Director in charge of Thong Nhat General Hospital, said: The hospital has just officially put into use the smart AI service robot to serve the examination and treatment work at the hospital. This is the first hospital in the province to deploy this solution.

Accordingly, the Robot takes on the role of a "virtual assistant" with many outstanding functions such as: greeting and receiving patients automatically, replacing the traditional reception form. At the same time, the Robot also has the function of intelligent navigation, consulting, introducing services, supporting patients and their relatives to move to the right location.

This robot supports 31 languages, increasing the ability to communicate with international patients; presenting videos , vivid propaganda, bringing an intuitive, close experience to patients when coming to the hospital for examination and treatment procedures. In addition, the robot is also integrated with a 13MP + AI camera for accurate recognition.

By equipping AI service robots, Thong Nhat General Hospital, Dong Nai affirms its determination to apply digital transformation, bringing positive experiences, aiming at patient satisfaction.

In addition to AI service robots, Thong Nhat General Hospital is using smart medical kiosks for patients to register for medical examinations using citizen identification cards and biometrics. The hospital also deploys electronic medical records and electronic prescriptions with an internationally standardized testing system. Payment of hospital fees is also more convenient for patients with QR payment codes and hospital fee guarantees.
