The Provincial Party Secretary visited and presented gifts to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Sua, a war invalid with an 85% disability rating, in Phia Lai village, Phuc Son commune, and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Vien, a war invalid with a 75% disability rating, in Na Kha residential area, Lang Can town (Lam Binh district). These are exemplary war invalids who have made many contributions to the cause of national defense and have served for many years in the local military forces.

The comrade expressed deep affection and gratitude for the contributions of wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and their families to the cause of national liberation. At the same time, he affirmed that the Party, the State, and generations of Vietnamese people always cherish, appreciate, and remember the sacrifices of blood and lives made by previous generations who bravely fought and died for the independence of the nation.

The comrade expressed his hope that families of policy beneficiaries would continue to uphold revolutionary traditions, actively participate in emulation movements and campaigns, and work together to build a more prosperous and developed Tuyen Quang province.

At the same time, it is suggested that local Party committees and authorities uphold the tradition of "showing gratitude" and "remembering the source when drinking water," focusing on policy beneficiary families and those who have contributed to the revolution through many meaningful and practical activities. They should understand the lives of these families and provide solutions to help them improve their lives.

The Provincial Party Secretary acknowledged the achievements of the District Military Command in the past period.
