The decision takes effect from September 16, 2024.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Vu was born in 1976 in Hanoi. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations (now the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam); a Master's degree in Political Science from the London School of Economic and Political Science (LSE), United Kingdom; and a PhD in Economics from the Academy of Social Sciences, Vietnam.
He has held various positions in the fields of bilateral diplomacy, multilateral diplomacy, foreign policy , and international economic integration.
On September 16, 2019, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 1187/QD-TTg appointing Mr. Nguyen Minh Vu as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
