
The inspection team from the Department of Health worked with the Command Board of Defense Zone 2 - Bac Son and the Military Service Recruitment Examination Council of Bac Son area.
During this recruitment examination, 781 citizens in the Bac Son area received summonses for examination. The preliminary examination was conducted effectively in all communes, with a 100% participation rate. The recruitment examination was held from December 1st to 5th, 2025, at the headquarters of the Regional Defense Command 2 – Bac Son. The Bac Son Regional Health Center deployed personnel and prepared all necessary clinical and paraclinical examination rooms, sample collection rooms, and conclusion rooms; arranged waiting areas and parking for citizens; and assigned staff to coordinate and guide the reception…
On December 2nd, 2025, a total of 151 citizens participated in the medical examination. In the morning, 84 examination orders were issued, and 84 people showed up for examination. Preliminary conclusions indicated that 48 (57%) met the criteria for categories 1, 2, and 3; rapid drug and precursor testing was conducted, with no positive cases.

The Inspection Team from the Department of Health conducted an on-site inspection of the recruitment examination process at the Headquarters of the Regional Defense Command 2 – Bac Son.
During an inspection at the recruitment examination site, the Deputy Director of the Provincial General Hospital highly appreciated the fact that the Military Service Recruitment Examination Council of Bac Son area had organized and implemented the examination in accordance with the regulations on health examinations for military service and participation in the People's Public Security in 2026. The examination tables were conveniently arranged for young people to come for the examination, and the medical equipment for the examination was basically adequate for the health check-up process.
At the same time, the Bac Son Regional Health Examination Council should carefully examine cases suspected of mental disorders, neuromuscular disorders, eye diseases, and surgical conditions. Furthermore, the Council needs to continue self-checking and monitoring the health examination process at the examination desks and accurately conclude which citizens are healthy enough to participate in military service and perform service in the People's Public Security Force in 2026.
