Appointment of Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Da Nang

Mr. Tran Huy Duc, Chief Justice of the People's Court of Phu Yen province, was transferred and appointed by the Supreme People's Court to the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Da Nang.


On February 14, in Da Nang , the Supreme People's Court held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint Mr. Tran Huy Duc to the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Da Nang. The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from February 16, 2025.

Before being transferred and appointed as Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Da Nang, Mr. Tran Huy Duc (50 years old, Senior Judge) held the positions of Chief of Office of the High People's Court in Da Nang and Chief Justice of the People's Court of Phu Yen province.

The High People's Court in Da Nang currently has three Deputy Chief Justices: Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong, Mr. Pham Tan Hoang and Mr. Tran Huy Duc.
