Minister of Health visits officers and soldiers of radar station in Con Dao

On the morning of September 20, within the framework of a working trip to Con Dao Special Zone (HCMC), Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan visited and encouraged officers and soldiers of Radar Station 32 (Division 367, Air Defense - Air Force) and Radar Station 590 (Navy Region 2).

Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan and leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee presented gifts to officers and soldiers working at two radar stations in Con Dao special zone.

Also attending were comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City; leaders of Con Dao special zone.

The working delegation kindly visited the lives and work of officers and soldiers; acknowledged and highly appreciated their sense of responsibility, will to overcome difficulties, day and night staying on the island, guarding the sovereignty of the sea and islands.

Minister Dao Hong Lan affirmed that the health sector always cares about and pays tribute to the silent sacrifices of forces at the border and on islands; at the same time, she said that in the coming time, she will coordinate with units and localities to strengthen health care, provide medicine and medical equipment, and organize first aid training for officers and soldiers.

On this occasion, the Minister of Health and the leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee presented Radar Station 32 and Radar Station 590 with many gifts and necessities, showing their concern and sharing with the forces on the front line. Representatives of the officers and soldiers of the two stations expressed their emotions at this sentiment and affirmed that they will continue to stand firm at the forefront, successfully completing the assigned tasks.
