In 2025, according to the assigned target, Thanh Hoa City will have 255 citizens enlisting in the military. To successfully fulfill the recruitment target, the City Military Command has effectively played its advisory role to the local Party Committee and government in leading and directing the implementation of the task; at the same time, it has directly organized and closely coordinated with relevant units in carrying out the steps of selecting and calling citizens for military service. To date, Thanh Hoa City has issued conscription orders to 100% of the selected citizens.

During these days, local Party committees and authorities have organized many activities such as: admitting new Party members, educating on traditions, holding meetings, visiting, and giving gifts... to reassure families and citizens as they enlist in the army and successfully complete their assigned tasks.
