Vinhomes was honored as “Real Estate Developer of the Year” at the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2025.

As the first and only Vietnamese company to date to be awarded this title, Vinhomes has surpassed many other real estate companies in the region. The Dot Property judging panel highly appreciated Vinhomes based on four core pillars: the ability to create model urban areas; a long-term vision with a comprehensive integrated urban development strategy; the capacity to implement large-scale projects; and a green and sustainable development orientation that creates timeless value.
