Providing career counseling, guidance, and job placement services for soldiers serving fixed terms in the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.

On the afternoon of December 12th, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Department, in coordination with Thanh Hoa Industrial College, organized a career counseling and job placement event for nearly 300 soldiers serving fixed-term in the Thanh Hoa Police Department who will be discharged in 2026.

The event attracted a large number of officers serving fixed terms in the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.

Attending the event, soldiers serving fixed terms in the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, scheduled to be discharged in 2026, listened to presentations from speakers from the Thanh Hoa Provincial Department of Internal Affairs' Employment Service Center, Thanh Hoa Industrial College, and businesses seeking to recruit workers. They shared knowledge, skills, and provided career guidance and advice; disseminated government policies on vocational training support, job placement, and labor export; and discussed current job recruitment needs of businesses in the province. This helped the soldiers make informed decisions about their future education and career paths after discharge, enabling them to quickly find employment and stabilize their lives.

Representatives from the Provincial Police presented flowers to the units participating in career counseling and guidance.

The program is practical and meaningful, demonstrating the concern of the Party Committee, the leadership of the Provincial Police, all levels and sectors, and the entire society in advising, guiding, and introducing jobs for soldiers who served for a limited time in the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police after their discharge.
