During the two days (September 18 and 19), the trainees were taught by experts from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on topics related to foreign affairs knowledge and skills, including: Economic diplomacy to serve national development; skills in drafting, negotiating, signing and implementing international treaties and agreements at the local level; basic protocol principles; issues to note when communicating with foreign partners (culture, language, dress code, etc.); how to welcome delegations, arrange delegations to leave, and organize foreign affairs activities in the locality.
