The performance of the Ao Dai collection "Sacred Origin" by designers Thoa Tran and Huong Befful touched the hearts of millions of Vietnamese people on the occasion of Hung King's death anniversary 2023.

In order to preserve the long-standing cultural symbol with its delicate and elegant beauty, while honoring the traditional beauty and pride of Vietnamese women, the program brings the audience unique artistic performances.

With the participation of Miss Sea and Islands Vietnam 2022 Dinh Nhu Phuong, 2nd Runner-up Miss Ethnic Vietnam 2022 Thach Thu Thao and famous beauties such as Cam Tu, Linh Huynh, the collection "Sacred Origin" by designers Thoa Tran and Huong Befful not only attracted the attention of guests and fashion enthusiasts, but also touched the hearts of millions of Vietnamese people.

In the vast space of the ancestral land of Phu Tho, more than 50 Ao Dai works appear one after another with contemporary folk music, taking the audience into the world of legendary stories, from the time of "Dragon and Fairy's Children" to "18 Hung Kings who built and defended the country". All seem to blend, intertwine, and exist in a poetic space.

Each work by designer Thoa Tran and designer Huong Befful is carefully invested and selected. High-quality imported stones are combined with a variety of materials and sharp gold-plated 3D printing techniques, hand embroidery and meticulous hand-attachment.

Blending pure Vietnamese materials with refined images, under the skillful hands of artisans, “Sacred Origin” helps fashion enthusiasts clearly see the impressive exploration of the designer duo. The collection seems to be the author telling a cultural and historical story through fashion from images expressed through the ao dai.

In 2022, after launching the "Khuc giao mua" collection, designer Huong Befful shared: "Designer Thoa Tran and designer Huong Befful currently have many relationships with overseas Vietnamese friends. After today, we plan to launch a global ao dai club to spread love to friends around the world, satisfying the passion of Vietnamese women."

The design duo hopes to spread the beauty of Vietnamese ao dai to international friends.

Not only known as a famous designer, Thoa Tran also left her mark as a speaker. She confided: “My fashion manifesto is 'Living is not just leaving a name, but also leaving a value'. Therefore, I package all my experiences into a process and lead students on the path of overcoming difficulties to realize their dreams. I want to inspire them to love their profession more, to walk firmly on the path they have been and are heading towards”.
