On the morning of August 8th, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to discuss and approve policies on socio-economic issues; personnel matters; inspections when there are signs of violations by Party organizations; and other matters within its authority. Ms. Le Thi Thuy, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, presided over the meeting. Attending the meeting were Ms. Dinh Thi Lua, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of relevant departments and agencies; the Provincial Party Committee Office; and the Provincial People's Committee Office…

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee gave opinions and policies on socio-economic issues including: extending the mining license for limestone used as common construction materials in the T3, T7, and Thien Ngo mountain areas of Thanh Thuy commune, Thanh Liem district, for Phu Ly Stone One-Member Limited Company; providing financial support to Kim Bang, Ly Nhan, and Thanh Liem districts to cover the costs of relocating individual graves to centralized cemeteries; approving the addition of areas designated as non-auction zones for mineral exploitation rights and the policy on mineral exploitation within project areas; adjusting the mining license granted to Viet San Mineral Production and Import-Export Joint Stock Company; and matters related to emulation and commendation.

Also at the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee gave opinions on the organization of the Provincial Farmers' Association Congress for the 2023-2028 term; gave opinions on the issuance of a Directive of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on leading the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in the province for the 2024-2029 term; gave opinions on the establishment of subcommittees to prepare for the organization of the 21st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; and gave opinions on the issuance of a document of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on strengthening the control of power and preventing and combating corruption and negative practices in personnel work.
In addition, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also gave opinions on two cases under the supervision and direction of the Provincial Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption and Negative Phenomena; and gave opinions on inspections when there are signs of violations in Party organizations and personnel work.



Summarizing the discussions, opinions, and policies of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and delivering the concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Le Thi Thuy, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, agreed with the opinions and contents reported by the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval at the conference, and noted one issue requiring further research and consideration.
Regarding the organization of the Provincial Farmers' Association Congress for the 2023-2028 term, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee basically agreed with the contents presented by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association, and at the same time requested the Association to closely adhere to Resolution No. 5 of the 13th Central Committee on agriculture, farmers, and rural areas until 2030, with a vision to 2045; the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress; the guidance of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Association ; and the contributions made at the conference to finalize the contents and programs related to the 11th Congress, 2023-2028 term, ensuring solemnity, economy, and effectiveness.
Regarding the issuance of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee Directive on leading the Congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in the province for the 2024-2029 term, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee unanimously agreed to assign the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to seek opinions from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to finalize the directive before issuing it to guide the congresses.
Regarding the establishment of subcommittees to prepare for the 21st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Party Secretary suggested structuring the subcommittees with suitable capabilities to effectively carry out their tasks.
Regarding other matters, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that relevant agencies, departments, and branches incorporate the opinions of the delegates, closely follow the directives of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the regulations of the Central Committee and Party committees and governments at all levels, focusing on leading and directing the implementation to ensure compliance with regulations. Furthermore, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and leaders of relevant agencies, departments, and units fulfill their responsibilities and effectively advise and implement the contents discussed at the conference.
