On the evening of September 9th, in Hanoi , the Central Propaganda Department, in coordination with Vietnam Television, organized the Award Ceremony for Creative Works and Promotion of Literature, Art, and Journalism on the theme "Studying and Following the Ideology, Morality, and Style of Ho Chi Minh" for the period 2021-2023.

Attending the Award Ceremony were Politburo member, Standing Secretary of the Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Department Truong Thi Mai; Politburo member, Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man; Secretary of the Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia; Vice President, First Vice Chairman of the Central Emulation and Commendation Council Vo Thi Anh Xuan.

Through 6 times of organization, the Award for Composing and Promoting Literary, Artistic and Journalistic Works on the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" has affirmed its prestige and significance, contributing to enlivening and enriching the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; building the morality, mettle, soul and character of Vietnamese people in the new era.

According to the assessment of the Central Propaganda Department, the Award for the period 2021-2023 was implemented during a time when the whole country was experiencing a pandemic, which had many impacts and limited creative and promotional activities. However, in 2022 and early 2023, localities, agencies, units, and Literature and Arts Associations from the central to the grassroots level focused on directing, publicizing, guiding, and creating conditions for creative and promotional activities to be implemented according to the plan of the Central Propaganda Department and the Award Regulations.

In his concluding remarks summarizing the 2021-2023 period of the Award and launching the 2023-2025 period, Central Party Secretary and Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia affirmed that the Award is a very important and necessary activity to practically implement the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party, the resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat of the 13th term, especially Conclusion No. 01 KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW on promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style.

According to the Head of the Central Propaganda Department, in recent times, under the close guidance of the Politburo and the Secretariat, the Central Propaganda Department and related agencies from the central to local levels have proactively and actively organized propaganda, guidance, encouragement, and motivation for artists, intellectuals, journalists, cadres, Party members, and all strata of the people to participate in creating and promoting literary, artistic, and journalistic works on the theme of "Studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh."

Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia congratulated the collectives and individuals who received the Award for Creating and Promoting Literary, Artistic, and Journalistic Works on the theme "Studying and Following the Ideology, Morality, and Style of Ho Chi Minh" for the period 2021-2023.

The Head of the Central Propaganda Department also commended agencies, units, and localities, especially specialized Literature and Arts Associations, the Vietnam Journalists Association, and the Vietnam Publishing Association, for their high sense of responsibility in overcoming many difficulties and challenges in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.

At the same time, there have been many initiatives and creative and effective ways of propagating, mobilizing and attracting cadres, party members, association members and people from all walks of life to participate in creative activities and promote literary, artistic and journalistic works on the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style". Thereby, arousing feelings of respect, gratitude and steadfast belief in President Ho Chi Minh and our Party among artists, intellectuals, journalists and our compatriots at home and abroad.

Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia requested that in the coming time, Party committees at all levels, the Central Propaganda Department and relevant agencies from the central to local levels, artists, intellectuals, journalists, cadres, party members and people continue to promote the achievements.

At the same time, promote the creation and promotion of literary, artistic and journalistic works on the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" in the next period (2023-2025), contributing practically to improving the effectiveness of propaganda work, spreading and arousing patriotism, strength, cultural values ​​and Vietnamese people.
