(NLDO) - The real estate project in Chanh Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City, which has made people cry for many years, has now had its investment policy revoked by the authorities.

Suoi Giua Residential Area Project in Chanh Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Tuong Binh Hiep Ward and Chanh My Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province) is invested by Asia Investment and Trade Joint Stock Company.

The People's Committee of Chanh Hiep Ward recently posted a sign announcing that the project's investment policy had been revoked by the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province (old).

Previously, the People's Committee of Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province (old) also revoked and canceled the detailed planning 1/500.

Inside the project, the grass is overgrown, cassava is planted on both sides, and there is a road in the middle.

This road only leads to one restaurant at the back of the project.

In residential areas have been installed lighting poles.

Some electric poles are covered with grass and bushes.

To ensure security and order, the police force regularly conducts inspections in this area.

On the morning of August 23, the police force and local authorities went to the project site to put up a notice about the revocation of the investment policy.

CLIP: Current status of Suoi Giua residential area project

The Suoi Giua project was approved for investment by the People's Committee of the former Binh Duong province in March 2008 and the detailed planning was approved by the People's Committee of the former Thu Dau Mot city in February 2010.

In August 2015, the People's Committee of the old Thu Dau Mot City continued to approve the adjustment of the detailed planning 1/500 with an area of ​​over 30.6 hectares. In April 2020, the project was assigned and leased land for the first phase by the People's Committee of the old Binh Duong province with an area of ​​about 10 hectares.

Although the legal procedures were not complete, since 2017 and 2018, the investor has allowed hundreds of customers to sign a series of "reservation and investment cooperation contracts". Up to now, hundreds of customers have paid but have not received the land, the project is still an empty lot.
