Flash flood and landslide warnings in localities in Lao Cai province

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, from the afternoon of September 28 until last night, areas in Lao Cai province had moderate rain, heavy rain, and in some places very heavy rain due to the influence of storm No. 10.

It is forecasted that in the next 3-6 hours, the above provinces will continue to have moderate to heavy rain, with rainfall ranging from 100 - 150mm, with localized heavy rain of 300mm.
