In the third-place match, Ho Chi Minh City faced Hanoi . The match was exciting, and Ho Chi Minh City took the lead. In the 5th minute, Hoang Thi Nuong scored the opening goal for Ho Chi Minh City. Despite having the advantage, Ho Chi Minh City unexpectedly conceded an equalizer when Thanh Tam scored an own goal at the end of the first half. However, a beautiful goal by Thanh Nhu in the second half secured the victory for Ho Chi Minh City, earning them the bronze medal.
