The Trade Union of Thinh Phat Electric Cable Joint Stock Company strictly performs the function of supervising the implementation of regimes for employees such as wages, allowances, productivity, hazardous regimes, overtime, social insurance, occupational safety and hygiene, etc. Since then, 100% of workers and laborers have signed contracts and fully participated in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance. Overtime and annual leave regimes are implemented in accordance with regulations. In particular, the Trade Union regularly checks the quality of shift meals according to Resolution No. 7c of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; coordinates to adjust rations, ensuring nutrition suitable to the specific work to improve the health of workers and laborers.

In addition, the Trade Union and the Board of Directors of Thinh Phat Electric Cable Joint Stock Company also create conditions for workers and laborers to promote their ownership rights and participate in giving opinions on issues related to rights and obligations at the workplace. The Trade Union also organizes gift giving on the occasion of Mid-Autumn Festival, International Children's Day and rewards children of workers and laborers with good academic achievements. These activities contribute significantly to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
