The expanded space along with key programs, key works, and large projects implemented in the commune will contribute to creating momentum to promote growth with new breakthroughs. That is an important foundation for Da Huoai commune to reach the aspiration of comprehensive, sustainable, rich, beautiful, civilized, and affectionate development.

Da Huoai Commune was established by merging Madagui Town, Madagui Commune, and Da Oai Commune (formerly Da Huoai District). With strong political determination, the entire Party Committee, armed forces, and people have united and strived to overcome difficulties, implementing comprehensive solutions to achieve many important results, completing the main targets of the 2020-2025 term; 6 key programs; and 4 key projects. At the same time, specialized resolutions have been implemented comprehensively and effectively, leveraging the potential and advantages of the locality. In particular, the agricultural economy has affirmed its role as a pillar of the economy, serving as an important foundation for the development of household economies, contributing to improving the lives and incomes of the people; the estimated average per capita income in 2025 is 75.5 million VND.

The agricultural sector has gradually demonstrated sustainability; the average production value per unit area is projected to reach 118.33 million VND by 2025. To date, the commune has 15 planting area codes/568 hectares of durian; and has established and formed 3 value chains linking the production and consumption of durian and bird's nest products. The quality of the 4 certified OCOP products continues to be maintained and improved. The livestock sector continues to develop in the direction of farms and family farms associated with environmental protection. The leadership role of the Party committee and government in forest management and protection has been strengthened; the number of violations has decreased annually. The work of clearing encroached forest land is being carried out decisively and thoroughly, with the forest cover rate reaching 41.17% by 2025.

The program for building new rural areas and civilized urban areas has been led and directed in a coordinated manner, receiving the consensus of the people and achieving many positive results. The environment and landscape have been developed in a bright, green, clean, and beautiful direction. The infrastructure system continues to receive comprehensive investment, contributing to the promotion of socio-economic development. Budget management has been decisively and effectively directed. Annual budget revenue consistently meets the assigned targets. Budget expenditures are managed in accordance with the law, economically and efficiently. Social welfare spending is ensured. The commercial banking system continues to develop, contributing to increasing the supply of loan capital for businesses and people in the area.

In particular, Da Huoai commune is actively coordinating with relevant agencies in calling for and attracting investment in the local area's advantageous sectors. To date, two projects are being implemented: a complex of three tourism, horse racing, and golf course projects by Hong Lam Co., Ltd.; and the construction project of the Da Oai Industrial Cluster. Business activities in the area continue to be maintained and developed, with 84 businesses and 11 cooperatives registered and operating in the commune.

The complex project of Thien Ma - Madagui Horse Racing Joint Stock Company is expected to bring about an economic breakthrough for the locality.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Dung, Secretary of the Party Committee of Da Huoai Commune, stated that in the new term, the goal set by the Party Committee, government, and people of the commune is to build Da Huoai into a comprehensively developed, sustainable, prosperous, beautiful, civilized, and compassionate commune. The focus will be on socio-economic development, with industrial and construction development as a breakthrough; high-quality service and tourism development as a driving force; and agriculture as the central focus and pillar. Emphasis will be placed on attracting investment resources to build a synchronous infrastructure system to promote socio-economic development. The goal is to comprehensively develop all socio-cultural fields, improve the quality of human resources, achieve social progress and equity, ensure social security, and improve the lives of the people; strengthen national defense, security, and social order; protect the ecological environment and adapt to climate change. The aim is to create strong changes in Party building and the political system; consolidate the great national unity; to improve the quality of life for the people.

To achieve the set goals, Da Huoai commune will focus on implementing solutions to attract investment in building a synchronous and modern infrastructure, creating a foundation to promote the development of trade, services, and tourism associated with processing industries and handicrafts; creating momentum for comprehensive and sustainable socio-economic development.

Promote the application of science and technology in agricultural production towards modernization, sustainability, and adaptation to climate change; focus on increasing production value per unit area. Build a team of cadres that meets the requirements of new development; tighten discipline and order; assign and utilize cadres according to their abilities and strengths; encourage, protect, and honor cadres who dare to think, dare to act, dare to innovate, and dare to take responsibility for the common good.

Alongside this, the locality is actively implementing key programs such as: the National Target Program for Building New Rural Areas; Sustainable Poverty Reduction; Socio-economic Development in Ethnic Minority Areas; and the cultural development program. Programs promoting the application of science and technology in agricultural production along value chains to increase added value, competitiveness, and sustainable development, adapting to climate change; investment in the construction, expansion, and upgrading of irrigation systems; and programs promoting administrative reform; building e-government; and accelerating digital transformation to serve the people and businesses. International integration in the new context is also being pursued.

On the other hand, Da Huoai commune will focus all resources on coordinating with agencies and units to accelerate the progress of key projects. It will create the most favorable conditions for investors to implement large-scale projects in the area.

With the motto "Unity - Discipline - Responsibility - Breakthrough - Development," the First Congress of the Da Huoai Commune Party Committee, for the term 2025-2030, is a special milestone on the path to integrating and developing Da Huoai commune alongside other localities in the province. The Congress demonstrates a high level of political determination in stabilizing ideology, consolidating national unity, and maximizing the potential and advantages to build a comprehensively and sustainably developed Da Huoai commune.
