According to the content of the document, the Provincial People's Committee approved the scope, location, and storage area for dredged materials in the water area in front of the wharf to serve the project of expanding and upgrading Chu Lai port in Tam Hiep port area at the request of Chu Lai International Seaport Company Limited, the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks.

The Provincial People's Committee requests Chu Lai International Seaport Company Limited and Chu Lai Truong Hai Industrial Park and Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Company Limited to fully implement documents and procedures on investment, land, environment, construction, resources (minerals), etc. in accordance with regulations before implementing dredging and storing dredged materials. In particular, it is important to ensure safety, environmental hygiene and other relevant regulations; have a plan to preserve and manage the volume of dredged materials in accordance with current regulations of law and report to competent authorities on the plan to handle the volume of dredged materials.

The Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the People's Committee of Nui Thanh district and related departments, branches and units, according to their assigned functions and tasks, are responsible for coordinating, monitoring and guiding Chu Lai International Seaport Company Limited and Chu Lai Truong Hai Industrial Park and Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Company Limited to fully implement the documents and procedures in accordance with regulations and inspect and supervise Chu Lai International Seaport Company Limited during the project implementation process; promptly report, advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to direct the plan to handle dredged materials in accordance with current regulations of law.
