Appointment of leaders and members of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

According to the published decision, Mr. Vu Thanh Van , Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Binh province, has been appointed by the Standing Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee as Secretary of the Party Group of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Binh province; and Mr. Nguyen The Hiep , Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Binh province, as Deputy Secretary of the Party Group.

Eight members of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province were appointed, including two Vice-Chairmen of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; the Chairpersons of the Farmers' Association, Women's Association, Veterans' Association, Labor Union; the Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union; and the Director of the Provincial Department of Justice.

Here, earlier that morning, the Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Binh province, Vu Thanh Van, provided a brief update on the results of the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024-2029.

According to Decision No. 146-QD/TW dated May 14, 2024, of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Party Committee and Party Standing Committee at the provincial level are Party organizations established by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee or City Party Committee directly under the Central Committee, subject to the direct and regular leadership of the provincial-level Standing Committee; performing the function of leadership and guidance over the People's Council, People's Committee, People's Court, People's Procuracy, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, political and social organizations, federations of literary and artistic associations, and federations of science and technology associations at the provincial level as stipulated in the Party Charter and the regulations and guidelines of the Central Committee.
