The 10th session of the 15th National Assembly is of paramount importance; the National Assembly is simultaneously carrying out the agenda of a regular session and summarizing the achievements of its term.

The 10th session of the 15th National Assembly officially opened on the morning of October 20th at the National Assembly building in Hanoi . This session is of paramount importance; the National Assembly is carrying out the agenda of a regular session while simultaneously summarizing the achievements of the 15th term.

Preparations for the Session were carried out very thoroughly and systematically. The Standing Committee of the National Assembly devoted considerable time to providing feedback on the Session's agenda, and organized a Conference of National Assembly Deputies working in specialized committees to discuss the issues to be submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and approval. In particular, during the Session, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly held its own meetings to review and provide feedback on many issues to be submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and decision.

At this session, the National Assembly considered a large volume of work with many important issues related to legislative work; socio -economic issues, the state budget; summarizing the term; supreme supervision, etc.

At the closing session, the National Assembly will vote to approve the Resolution on summarizing the work of the National Assembly, the President, the Government, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, and the State Audit Office during the 2021-2026 term.

Simultaneously, the National Assembly voted to approve the Resolution of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly (which includes provisions on supplementing the state budget for recurrent expenditures; adjusting the content of Resolution No. 94/2015/QH13 of the National Assembly on the investment policy for Long Thanh International Airport; expanding the scope of application of Resolution No. 170/2024/QH15 dated November 30, 2024, of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to resolve difficulties and obstacles for projects and land in inspection, audit, and judgment conclusions in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang City, and Khanh Hoa Province to projects and land in inspection, audit, and judgment conclusions with similar legal situations nationwide; proposing the addition of mechanisms and policies applicable to the high-speed railway project on the North-South axis; and implementing the Politburo's conclusion on the policy and plan for handling the Flour Mill Project).
