Following the launch of the campaign, the Steering Committee 197 of Doai Phuong commune assigned the village leaders to maintain the dissemination of information on urban order, public order, and environmental sanitation every Saturday morning. The commune police regularly patrol and monitor to ensure urban order, public order, and environmental sanitation throughout the area.

Speaking at the launch ceremony, Vice Chairman of Son Tay Ward People's Committee Khuat Quang Hanh - Head of the Ward's 197 Steering Committee, emphasized: This campaign is a crucial peak period, demonstrating the political determination of the entire system in restoring urban order, overcoming the encroachment on sidewalks and roads, spontaneous markets, and environmental sanitation violations, thereby creating clear, substantial, and sustainable changes in the urban landscape.
Son Tay Ward has set the goal of ensuring that 100% of its residential areas meet the criteria of urban order, discipline, and civilization, and to decisively address long-standing violations and prevent their recurrence.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, forces simultaneously deployed on the main streets, focusing on the area around Son Tay Ancient Citadel. The ward police mobilized 100% of their personnel to coordinate with departments and agencies to inspect and strictly handle violations of urban order, public order, and traffic safety; while also guiding people to arrange vehicles and goods according to regulations. Simultaneously, the Fatherland Front and other organizations conducted a general environmental cleanup in pedestrian streets, the central administrative area, and residential areas.
Through this campaign, the People's Committee of Son Tay Ward continues to call on agencies, units, businesses, households, and all citizens to raise awareness of law compliance, refrain from encroaching on sidewalks and roads, maintain environmental hygiene, and build a civilized urban lifestyle.
