The delegation from the Provincial Federation of Labor Unions offered incense at the Gac Ma Martyrs Memorial.

On the occasion of the First Congress of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union, term 2025-2030, on the morning of December 13th, a delegation from the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor laid wreaths and offered incense at the Gac Ma Martyrs Memorial (Cam Lam commune).

Delegates offered incense and flowers to commemorate the heroes and martyrs at the Gac Ma Martyrs Memorial.

Mr. Phan Thanh Liem, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, offered incense.

Trade union officials offered incense to commemorate the contributions of the heroes and martyrs.

Here, the delegation laid wreaths, offered incense, and observed a minute of silence in remembrance of the heroes and martyrs; they also offered incense at the memorial site for 64 martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the battle to protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands at the Gac Ma - Co Lin - Len Dao island cluster in 1988, belonging to the Truong Sa Special Zone.

Next, the delegates visited the underground museum – which houses relics of the heroes and martyrs; and learned about the events and the heroic sacrifice of the 64 soldiers of Gac Ma.
