New policy for officials, civil servants and public employees of retirement age

Resolution No. 07/2025/NQ-CP takes effect from September 17, stipulating policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces of retirement age.

The Government issued Resolution No. 07/2025/NQ-CP dated September 17, 2025 on policies and regimes for subjects affected by the implementation of organizational restructuring of administrative apparatus and units at all levels according to Conclusion No. 183-KL/TW dated August 1, 2025 of the Politburo and Secretariat. This Resolution takes effect from September 17, 2025./.
