Accordingly, the toll rate for using the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway is 2,000 VND/PCU/km. The toll collection system is closed, calculating fees based on the actual distance traveled. Electronic toll collection (ETC) is used in 100% of the toll lanes at all stations.
The toll stations include: Station 01B, Station 02A/B, Station 03, Station 04, Station 06, Station 07, located on sections already in operation, including: Section Km 0+000 - Km 21+850, from the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong Expressway interchange to the Nguyen Van Tao interchange; Section 2 Km 50+530 - Km 57+581, from the Phuoc An interchange to the National Highway 51 interchange.
Regarding the users, all vehicles using the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway must pay the service fee as stipulated to ensure the project's investment return as approved by the Ministry of Transport (now the Ministry of Construction ), except for certain exempted cases as prescribed.

According to VEC, in the first half of 2025, the Vietnam Expressway Investment and Development Corporation (VEC) opened and put into operation nearly 30km of the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway, including the western section from the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong interchange (Km 0+600) to the Nguyen Van Tao interchange (Km 21+850) and the section from the Phuoc An interchange (Km 50+530) to the National Highway 51 interchange (Km 57+581).
After being put into operation, the sections of the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway have made a significant contribution to reducing traffic congestion, accidents, and pressure. They have improved traffic capacity, facilitated travel for people and the trade of goods, and promoted socio -economic development in the related areas.
On April 1, 2025, VEC issued Decision No. 320/QD-VEC-HDTV on the service fees for the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway managed and operated by VEC.
To date, the electronic toll collection system has been completed, installed, tested, and is ready for operation. VEC has been conducting information and communication campaigns since May 2025 through mass media and notifying the Vietnam Automobile Transport Association as stipulated in Circular No. 34/2024/TT-BGTVT dated November 14, 2024, of the Ministry of Transport (now the Ministry of Construction).
To ensure the effectiveness of project investment, business production goals, and cash flow for fulfilling financial obligations, VEC announces the implementation of toll collection on the sections already in operation as described above.
