Officially collect tolls on Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway from August 10

On the afternoon of August 7, according to news from the Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC), from August 10, the unit began collecting tolls on the sections of the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway that have been put into operation.

Accordingly, the service fee for the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway is 2,000 VND/PCU/km. The toll collection method is closed, charging according to the actual distance used. The non-stop electronic toll collection method (ETC) is 100% of the toll lanes at all stations.

Toll stations include: Station 01B, Station 02A/B, Station 03, Station 04, Station 06, Station 07 on the sections that have been put into operation, including: Section Km 0+000 - Km 21+850, from the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong expressway intersection to Nguyen Van Tao intersection; Section 2 Km 50+530 - Km 57+581, from Phuoc An intersection to National Highway 51 intersection.

Regarding the subjects, vehicles using services on the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway must pay for the service according to regulations to ensure the recovery of project investment capital according to the project investment approval decision of the Ministry of Transport (now the Ministry of Construction ), except for some cases exempted according to regulations.

The price for using the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway service is 2,000 VND/PCU/km.

According to VEC, in the first half of 2025, Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC) opened to traffic and put into operation nearly 30km of Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway, including the western section from Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong intersection (Km 0+600) to Nguyen Van Tao intersection (Km 21+850) and the section from Phuoc An intersection (Km 50+530) to National Highway 51 intersection (Km 57+581).

After being put into operation, the sections of Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway will contribute significantly to reducing traffic congestion, accidents and pressure. Improve traffic capacity, facilitate people's travel and trade of goods; promote socio -economic development of related areas.

On April 1, 2025, VEC issued Decision No. 320/QD-VEC-HDTV on service prices for the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway managed and operated by VEC.

To date, the non-stop electronic toll collection system has been completed, installed, tested and ready for operation. VEC has been implementing information and propaganda work since May 2025 on mass media and notified to the Vietnam Automobile Transport Association according to the provisions of Circular No. 34/2024/TT-BGTVT dated November 14, 2024 of the Ministry of Transport (now the Ministry of Construction).

To ensure project investment efficiency, production and business goals and cash flow to fulfill financial obligations, VEC announces toll collection for the above-mentioned sections.
