On the evening of November 16th, the Symphony of the Sea show officially premiered, kicking off a series of explosive year-end shows in southern Phu Quoc. It's taking the nightly fireworks display in Sunset Town to a whole new level.
Lasting nearly 30 minutes, the Symphony of the Sea takes place daily at 7:45 PM in the stunning bay area of Cau Hon. Invested in by Sun Group, and conceived and produced by H2O – a renowned Australian production company – the show offers a top-tier "artistic feast" centered around world-class performances by 24 "artists on the water" – world champions and runners-up in Jetski and Flyboard – along with mesmerizing laser effects and a spectacular display of fireworks and water displays, a first in Phu Quoc.

Symphony Of The Sea opened with a vibrant and exhilarating drum performance by 18 Malambo drummers from Argentina and nearly 20 international dancers in an impressive shawl dance.
The opening drum performance was followed by a laser show that transported visitors to another dimension. From there, scenes straight out of a Hollywood blockbuster unfolded. "Iron Man" characters in LED costumes appeared on water jet stands, performing acrobatic stunts at a height of 15 meters, combined with a spectacular fireworks and pyrotechnic display.

Immediately following the appearance of the Flyboard athletes was a "poetic" greeting from 10 Jetskis adorned with LED flags parading around Sunset Bay. In each segment, the Jetskis transformed into mobile fireworks displays at high speed, launching hundreds of fireworks into the sky, creating a dazzling array of light that captivated everyone's attention.

In particular, the show heightened the audience's emotions with bursts of fireworks launched from the water, featuring unique types of fireworks such as water-shells and water-cakes. Cheers erupted and applause erupted as the sky and sea lit up with vibrant colors from the exquisite fireworks. The smoke from the fireworks and the laser lights then blended together, creating a magical spectacle that transported the audience on an adventure across the Phu Quoc night sky, leaving them in awe.

The show utilizes World Music elements, inspired by the vibrant sounds of festivals. Every rhythm, every spark ignites excitement, creating an explosive atmosphere. Interspersed between the high and exhilarating notes of this ocean symphony are the deep, melodious low notes of "Mother Loves You," soaring through the air with the sound of kite flutes, as clusters of firework kites, launched by Jetskis, soar into the night sky from the sea. Traditional kite flutes – a symbol of childhood for generations of Vietnamese – are depicted in a new light, sparkling with silver fireworks, deeply moving the audience. This is considered a special highlight of this show, imbued with modern influences.

Symphony of the Sea also marks a new era for Phu Quoc in terms of fireworks, as the island generously treats visitors to two spectacular fireworks displays every evening. Immediately afterwards, at 9:30 PM, the high-altitude fireworks display of the multimedia show Kiss of the Sea illuminates the sky, providing visitors with endless excitement.
