Ex-husband affirms he is just friends with Quynh Thu, Diep Lam Anh responds

On the morning of July 5, 2023, actress Diep Lam Anh and her ex-husband - young master Nghiem Duc - went to the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City to attend the appeal hearing on child custody after divorce.

According to Diep Lam Anh’s lawyer, Ms. Kim Thu, after more than an hour, the jury and judge decided to stop the trial to have more time to consider the verdict. The next trial is scheduled to take place on August 4.

On the afternoon of July 6, Diep Lam Anh shared some developments in the trial on her personal page. Accordingly, at the trial, Nghiem Duc still affirmed that he and Quynh Thu were just friends, and at the same time asked Diep Lam Anh "if you have evidence, please make it public" . In response, the beauty asked her ex-husband a sarcastic question: "Friends call each other husband and wife".

Regarding the business with her husband's family, she affirmed that she had tried very hard to support S. restaurant but was treated harshly. "In the end, my efforts for the shareholders and staff were met with a humiliating treatment."

Diep Lam Anh affirmed that she is ready to release evidence if her ex-husband requests it.

The actress is confident that she has the ability to raise both children.

However, the two continue to dispute custody. Diep Lam Anh asserts that she is capable of raising both children and does not want them to be separated: "I cry when I think about the two children being separated.
