According to document No. 1854/UBND-KGVX signed by the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, Nguyen Son Hung, the work of spokesperson and providing information to the press has been given attention by agencies, units, and localities in recent times, contributing to timely, transparent, and effective information dissemination across various sectors and fields. However, some agencies, units, and localities have not yet proactively contacted, engaged in dialogue, or organized press conferences to provide information to the press.

To implement the directive of Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh regarding the strict implementation of regulations on speaking and providing information to the press, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigns the heads of departments, agencies, and the Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts and cities to continue strictly implementing regulations on speaking and providing information to the press in accordance with Government Decree No. 09/2017/ND-CP.
Proactively provide information to the press publicly, promptly, and in accordance with regulations. Pay attention to and effectively utilize press conferences and other forms of communication to inform the press and improve policy communication.
