Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Nam inspected the progress of agricultural and transport projects.

On September 20, comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the progress of projects in the fields of agriculture and transport. Accompanying him were comrade Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of relevant departments, branches and localities.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the pipelines and management roads of the Thanh Son - Phuoc Nhon high-tech agricultural irrigation development sub-project and the Nhon Hai - Thanh Hai sub-project under the Project to improve water use efficiency for drought-affected provinces; level II pipelines and level III canals under the Cai - Tan My River irrigation system; Component 1: Road from Khanh Nhon pass to National Highway 1, under the Ninh Thuan Northern Belt Road Project and Component 1 - the section connecting the North - South expressway to National Highway 1.

At the inspected locations, the Project Management Board reported on the progress of site clearance and construction; at the same time, recommended that the Provincial People's Committee promptly issue a decision regulating compensation, support and resettlement according to the 2024 Land Law so that the Land Fund Development Center has a basis to apply compensation prices to households; develop a compensation plan to support the relocation of solar panel systems, and urgently relocate the power system...

Through the actual inspection, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the efforts of the investor and highly appreciated the progress of the projects in recent times. At the same time, he requested the Project Management Board to strengthen coordination with functional agencies and localities to remove difficulties and obstacles; especially doing a good job of propaganda and mobilizing to explain the meaningful objectives of the project to create consensus among the people to hand over the remaining land.

Unify the process and methods to speed up construction items; the agricultural sector and localities proactively develop production organization plans, research the conversion of high - value crops into cultivation, aiming for sustainable production when the project comes into operation. Regarding traffic projects, focus on assessing soil reserves, reviewing material sources for road construction; localities strengthen management along both sides of the road; take advantage of favorable weather conditions, mobilize all human resources, and be determined to ensure construction time and quality.
