The conference heard the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee present a proposal to adjust the investment project of Sub-project 3: Land clearance in Ham Yen district under the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project (phase 1), the section through the old Tuyen Quang province. A proposal to remove land lots in Thanh Thuy Border Gate Economic Zone from the land use rights auction plan in 2025 and some other important contents...

The delegates basically agreed with the Reports of the Provincial Party Committee. At the same time, they emphasized that this would contribute to fundamentally solving and removing difficulties and obstacles to speed up the progress of key projects and programs. In order to effectively carry out the key tasks set out in September, the delegates suggested that it is necessary to continue to have the participation of the entire political system in leading and directing the implementation of socio-economic development tasks; implementing tasks after the province's merger and organizing the implementation of two-level local government; land management, environmental protection; administrative reform, digital transformation, improving the investment and business environment to ensure smoothness, without interruption, and fully and promptly implementing social security policies...

Regarding some contents on: Receiving the Conclusion of the Politburo at the working session, giving opinions on the draft documents submitted to the First Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. Draft 7, Political Report of the Provincial Party Congress after receiving the Conclusion of the Politburo and some contents of the Congress program... The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agreed to assign the sub-committees to specify their tasks to best prepare the organization and plan to welcome delegates attending the First Provincial Party Congress of Tuyen Quang.

Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh suggested: The sub-committees serving the congress carefully prepare conditions for the successful organization of the First Congress of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee focuses on effectively implementing the directives, resolutions, and conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat. The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee concretize documents of the Central and Provincial Party Committees to the grassroots level, avoiding missing documents; focus on leading socio-economic development, especially implementing growth targets, budget revenue, and public investment disbursement; focus on social security, natural disaster and epidemic prevention. Functional forces strengthen the work of ensuring border security, political security, social order and safety, and cyber security.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Manh Tuan presented the Report of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee at the conference.

Regarding Party building work, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that the subordinate Party Committees immediately after the congress issue working regulations and work programs for the entire term; at the same time, immediately deploy and concretize the Congress Resolution. The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee should study the Central's direction to guide communes and wards in the province to take the congress term as the first term to ensure consistency and unity throughout the province...
