“Chubb Life – For Your Future” shares with disadvantaged children and those affected by storms and floods.

Chubb Life Vietnam, in partnership with the Vietnam Children's Protection Fund, continues to spread the love of its "Chubb Life - For Your Future" program through a series of community support activities with a total budget of over 1 billion VND. These activities aim to provide timely support to provinces and cities affected by Typhoon Kalmaegi, while also continuing to support disadvantaged children nationwide.

Within the framework of the program, Chubb Life Vietnam allocated 550 million VND - from the heart of the company, all employees and sales team - to support localities that suffered heavy damage from typhoon Kalmaegi, and also spent 500 million VND on scholarships and educational gifts for disadvantaged children in many provinces and cities.

The kick-off event in Da Nang City focused on supporting families to overcome the damage caused by natural disasters. The program awarded 100 scholarships and study gifts, helping students have more motivation to overcome difficulties to go to school, then it will go to children in Quang Ninh, Nghe An, Quang Ngai, Hue, Lam Dong, Ho Chi Minh City and Quang Tri.

Mr. Sang Lee, President of Chubb Life Southeast Asia & New Zealand, presented a VND100 million symbol to Ms. Doan Thi Hoai Nhi, Deputy Director of the Department of Health of Da Nang City (center) and Ms. Do Thi Van, Vice Principal of Tran Quoc Toan Primary School, to support children and families affected by storms and floods in the locality.

Over 60 senior leaders from Chubb Life Global were present in Da Nang City to participate in the community activity “Chubb Life – For Your Future” with Chubb Life Vietnam.

Mr. Dinh Tien Hai, Director of the Vietnam Children's Fund, said: “In addition to the areas affected by storm Kalmaegi, many provinces and cities across the country are still facing many difficulties, directly affecting the lives and learning opportunities of children. Chubb Life Vietnam is one of the partners that has always accompanied the Fund for many years through practical support activities for children in special and difficult circumstances. We appreciate these persistent contributions, because they are resources that help disadvantaged children in Vietnam to be protected, access education and have better development opportunities.”

Scholarships from the “Chubb Life – For Your Future” program were personally handed over to students by partners and the sales team, helping to further motivate them to continue their education.

For over 20 years, through the program “Chubb Life – For Your Future”, Chubb Life Vietnam has awarded more than 40,000 scholarships and gifts; built and renovated 10 schools in many localities, contributing to creating learning conditions for children in difficult circumstances. This year alone, the company has awarded nearly 1,500 scholarships and more than 6,300 school supplies to students across the country.
