The State Securities Commission has just issued a decision to sanction administrative violations in the field of securities and the securities market against the Central Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company (PXM).

Specifically, this company was fined 85 million VND for not disclosing information. regarding the documents of the shareholders' meeting, not disclosing information on time for necessary contents. The company was also fined an additional 112.5 million VND for not ensuring the number of members of the board of supervisors... The total fine PXM paid was 197.5 million VND.

PXM is listed on the UpCOM exchange at only VND500/share but has had almost no transactions for many months.

* KDC: Ms. Vuong Ngoc Xiem, member of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of KIDO Corporation (KDC), has just announced that she has completed the purchase of 4.2 million KDC shares, increasing her holding ratio from 1.45% to 1.58%.

* HAG: Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company announced that Mr. Bui Le Quang, member of the Board of Directors, bought 40,000 HAG shares, increasing his ownership to 100,000 HAG shares, equivalent to 0.01%.

* CTF: The Board of Directors of City Auto Joint Stock Company accepted the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Dang Hoang from the position of General Director from December 5, and appointed Mr. Tran Lam to replace Mr. Hoang.

* MSN: The Board of Directors of Masan Group Corporation (MSN) has approved the company's contribution of an additional VND510 billion to the charter capital of The Sherpa Company Limited. This capital contribution is intended to purchase shares of Nyobolt Limited.

* ILB: Mr. Cao Minh Chuyen, son of Mr. Cao Ngoc Duc, an independent member of the Board of Directors of IDC Tan Cang - Long Binh Port Joint Stock Company (ILB), has registered to sell all 19,680 ILB shares (accounting for 0.08%) he is holding.

* DBT: Mr. Hoang Van An, member of the Board of Directors - Deputy General Director of Ben Tre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DBT), registered to buy 70,000 DBT shares, directly from the issuing organization in the private offering of shares, increasing the number of shares held after the transaction to 225,193, accounting for 1.210%.

* DGW: Digital World Corporation (DGW) has just reported the completion of the plan to issue 2 million shares (equivalent to 0.92% of the total number of outstanding shares) to 80 employees of the company under the ESOP program. The expected issuance period is from December 2024 to January 2025.

* TIP: Tin Nghia Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company (TIP) announced that December 20 is the last registration date for dividend payment in 2024 at a rate of 13%.

* HNA: Hua Na Hydropower Joint Stock Company announced its plan to pay 2023 dividends to shareholders at a rate of 10%. The dividend payment date is December 18.
