PNJ was honored with the CSI Star for its sustainable development journey.

(Dan Tri) - Maintaining its commitment to sustainable development and following the CSI index, PNJ was honored in the CSI Star category for the period 2016-2025, and was also included in the "Top 100 Sustainable Enterprises in the field of trade and services".

On December 5, the Ceremony to announce Vietnam's sustainable enterprises in 2025 took place in Hanoi , attracting the participation of a large number of business communities across the country.

The program is organized by the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) with the focal point being the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD-VCCI) in coordination with other organizations.

This year, PNJ was honored as a CSI Star for the period 2016-2025. This category recognizes the outstanding contributions and efforts in implementing sustainable development activities for 5 consecutive years of units in the Top 10 of the CSI program.

At the same time, PNJ also appeared in the "Top 100 sustainable enterprises in the field of trade and services" thanks to its compliance with the CSI index.

The CSI 2025 index is structured into 7 main parts, including: business information; structure, organizational model and key personnel; analysis of key issues; 3-year performance index; governance index; environmental index and labor - social index.

This year’s index has been streamlined to 145 indicators, with 87 basic indicators and 58 advanced indicators. This refinement encourages businesses to move from “compliance” to “innovation” in sustainable business practices through new initiatives that help the unit reap greater added value and adapt better to the volatile context.

In 2025, PNJ will launch the first 0-dong mini supermarket to support thousands of households affected by natural disasters in Thai Nguyen, Hue, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa, Quy Nhon (old)... The activity demonstrates the quick and flexible response of the enterprise and affirms the consistent philosophy: "Putting customer interests and social interests into business interests."
