The program attracted the participation of a large number of cadres, party members, armed forces and people of all ethnic groups in the area. Speaking at the program, the representative of the Sin Thau commune leadership emphasized: the performance is a meaningful cultural and political event, contributing to promoting the emulation movement, motivating cadres and people of all ethnic groups in the commune to look towards the 14th National Congress of the Party with confidence and expectation in important decisions for the new development stage.

The program includes many elaborately staged singing, dancing and music performances, clearly reflecting the traditional cultural identity of the ethnic groups in Dien Bien province such as Thai, Mong, Ha Nhi, Kho Mu... Typical performances such as: The scent of the highlands, Missing Uncle Ho in May, Dien Bien heroic epic, One lap of Vietnam... along with familiar revolutionary songs performed by the artists of the Ethnic Arts Troupe, creating a solemn, heroic and artistic atmosphere.

Organizing programs in border areas not only serves the people's need for cultural enjoyment but also contributes to propagating the Party's guidelines and policies; arousing the spirit of solidarity, spreading traditional cultural values, and building an increasingly rich grassroots cultural life.
