On behalf of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man has just signed Resolution No. 1309/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated November 29, 2024, of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the transfer of National Assembly delegation membership for Comrade Vu Dai Thang, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
Accordingly, based on the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly, the Working Regulations of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, and the Politburo's decision on the transfer and rotation of cadres; considering the submission of the Head of the Committee on Delegate Affairs, on November 29, 2024, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly issued Resolution No. 1309/NQ-UBTVQH15, resolving that Mr. Vu Dai Thang, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, shall transfer his membership from the Quang Binh Provincial Delegation of the National Assembly to the Quang Ninh Provincial Delegation of the National Assembly.
The resolution states that the Committee on Delegate Affairs, the National Assembly Delegation and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Binh province; the National Assembly Delegation and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh province; and Mr. Vu Dai Thang are responsible for implementing this resolution.
This resolution takes effect from the date of signing, which is November 29, 2024.
