CAHN Club, with its high-class foreign players, dominated their opponents for most of the matchday 3 of Group E in the AFC Champions League Two 2025-2026, held at Hang Day Stadium.

Le Van Do opened the scoring in the match.
A pass from Vietnamese-born center-back Adou Minh allowed Le Van Do to face Macarthur FC's goal and score the opening goal in the 30th minute. The 24-year-old midfielder's goal boosted the home team's morale, giving them confidence to control the ball and take the initiative in attack.
However, in the second half, the police team deliberately slowed down the pace, retreated to their own half to defend, and waited for opportunities for quick counter-attacks. This tactical approach quickly proved effective, but Coach Polking's team missed many chances to score a second goal.

The 24-year-old midfielder also won the Man of the Match award.
Towards the end of the match, coach Polking surprisingly replaced goalkeeper Nguyen Filip despite the Vietnamese-born "spider-man" performing excellently. Just four minutes after coming on, goalkeeper Vu Thanh Vinh had to pick the ball out of the net.
From an aerial duel in the 76th minute, center-back Tomislav Uskok rose high to head the ball on a dangerous trajectory, forcing the 20-year-old CAHN goalkeeper to concede a goal, securing a draw for Macarthur FC.

Nguyen Quang Hai

...and his teammates continue to hold the top spot in Group E of the AFC Champions League Two 2025-2026.
With 5 points after 3 matches, CAHN Club still holds the top spot in Group E, just 1 point ahead of the chasing pack. If they continue to maintain their position as the top two teams after 6 matches, Coach Polking's team will secure a place in the Round of 16 of this season's AFC Champions League Two.
