(NLDO)- On October 25, Khanh Hoa tourism industry welcomed the international cruise ship named Discovery Princess with 1,200 tourists.

The international tourist group, mainly from Bermuda, arrived at Cam Ranh International Port for sightseeing from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. the same day.

Bermuda is a British overseas territory located in the North Atlantic Ocean. The nearest landmass to the islands is the US state of North Carolina. The area is one of the busiest shipping lanes in the world .

Since the beginning of January 2025, Khanh Hoa has welcomed 19 international cruise ships with more than 22,258 tourists going ashore. According to the registration schedule from cruise lines up to December 2025, Khanh Hoa will welcome 7 more cruises with about 10,000 visitors.

This is a positive signal for the recovery and development of cruise tourism activities in Khanh Hoa, contributing to the success of the province's tourism industry.
