Information from the Organizing Committee said that the exhibition of national achievements "80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" is expected to officially end with the closing ceremony and a grand art concert called "I love my Fatherland" taking place on the evening of September 15 at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi).
Along with the solemn ceremony with summarizing and awarding activities, the closing night of the exhibition will feature a special art concert with the theme "I love my Fatherland". The program will feature the participation of many famous artists from many generations, including People's Artist Thanh Hoa, Meritorious Artist Viet Hoan; singers Trong Tan, Thu Minh, Tung Duong, Ho Ngoc Ha, Hoang Thuy Linh, Bao Anh, Violinist Anh Tu, Truc Nhan, Trong Hieu, Doublezt, PiaLinh, RHYDER... along with the Vietnam Symphony Orchestra, Buc Tuong Band, Trong Dong Group, TRE Dance Group...
The art program consists of 3 chapters, with about 20 elaborately staged performances, including many vibrant and impressive performances in both audio and visual aspects, both pleasing to the eye and profound, combining tradition and modernity, between powerful voices and a symphony orchestra...
Chapter 1 with the theme "My Fatherland - The source of a thousand years" with a series of works: "Praise the Fatherland" by author Ho Bac; medley "Vietnam in me is - Sunflower" by Yen Le, Tran Tuan Hung; "Kind Vietnam" by DTAP; "I am Vietnamese" by Nguyen Hai Phong; "Dare to be different" by Trong Hieu, Elsa Sollsvik; "Road to the peak of glory" by Tran Lap... recalls the indomitable tradition and spirit that creates the everlasting strength of the nation.
Chapter 2 with the theme “My Fatherland - Where millions of hearts beat together” honors the strength of national unity - the origin of all victories, the fulcrum for the country to overcome difficulties. It is expected that singer Tung Duong will perform with the Vietnam Symphony Orchestra and TRE dance group with the song “Pain in the Middle of Peace ” - a composition by musician Nguyen Van Chung, as a deep gratitude to those who have fallen for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
Chapter 3 with the theme “My Fatherland - Aspiration for the Future” affirms the aspiration for development, affirms the spirit of Vietnam always moving forward, building a strong and happy country. The works introduced in this chapter include: “Bright Prosperity of Vietnam” by Bui Truong Linh; “Made in Vietnam” by DTAP; “Continuing the story of peace” by Nguyen Van Chung.
The closing ceremony is expected to end with a spectacular fireworks display, concluding the largest-ever exhibition with the full participation of 28 ministries, central agencies, 34 localities, 16 leading state- owned enterprises and 94 typical private enterprises.
