Hanoi temporarily bans vehicles on 3 routes from October 25 to November 4

Hanoi police said on the afternoon of October 24 that from October 25 to November 4, the 2025 Autumn Fair will take place at the National Exhibition Center (Truong Sa Street, Dong Anh Commune).

To ensure order and traffic safety for the 2025 Autumn Fair, Hanoi Police announced traffic diversion and temporary ban on the following types of vehicles:

Temporarily banning cargo vehicles with a cargo weight of 3,500 kg or more, passenger vehicles with 29 seats or more (except buses, garbage collection vehicles, emergency response vehicles, vehicles with security badges, police and military vehicles and other priority vehicles).

At the same time, restrictions are applied to trucks carrying less than 3,500 kg of goods, passenger vans with less than 29 seats, private cars and motorbikes. The temporarily prohibited and restricted areas are Ly Son, Truong Sa and Hoang Sa streets.

During the above time, vehicles should go around and avoid the area in the following direction:

- Vehicles from Hai Phong, Bac Ninh... to Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen... follow Thanh Tri bridge, Hanoi - Bac Giang highway, national highway 18, Vo Van Kiet... and vice versa.

- Vehicles from National Highway 3 to Xuan Canh intersection and Bac Thang Long - Vuc De intersection go in the direction of Hoang Sa and Vo Van Kiet streets.

- Car from Noi Bai airport to Vo Nguyen Giap - Highway 18 to Vo Van Kiet or Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway.

Hanoi police require drivers to voluntarily and strictly comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety and follow the instructions and traffic flow of the authorities.
