(NLDO)- 64 motorbikes of students were secretly recorded and suddenly checked by the police at the parking lot.
On December 1, Bien Hoa City Police ( Dong Nai ) made a record of handling students driving motorbikes without meeting the age and driving license requirements. At the same time, they made a record of handling cases of handing over motorbikes to students and required them to commit not to repeat the offense.
Traffic police make records of student violations
At the end of November, Bien Hoa City Police established many secret working groups to record and conduct surprise inspections of many parking lots around Nguyen Khuyen High School (Thong Nhat Ward, Bien Hoa City).
Here, the police discovered and recorded many students who were not qualified to drive motorbikes with a cylinder capacity of 110 - 150cc.
Through verification, the authorities discovered 64 motorbikes with cylinder capacity from 110 - 150cc driven by students who did not meet the age and driving license requirements.
The vehicles were temporarily seized. Bien Hoa City Police will continue to step up inspections and handle students and those who hand over vehicles to them to reduce traffic accidents and protect the health and lives of students and other road users.
The working group worked with the school's Board of Directors and a number of students driving the above vehicles to draw up a record of handling (including drawing up a record of handling the person who handed over the vehicle to someone who was not qualified to drive the vehicle) according to regulations and required a commitment not to repeat the violation.
Authorities requested that schools take drastic and strict measures in handling students who violate traffic safety; parking lots must not accept students who are not qualified to drive.
