Nam Dinh Provincial Police resolutely implement streamlining of organizational structure

Kinhtedothi-Implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated June 16, 2022 on innovation and reorganization of the political system to be streamlined and effective, Nam Dinh Provincial Police have proactively thoroughly grasped the key policies and tasks of the People's Public Security Force (CAND) in the new period.

With the slogan "Leading by example, accelerating breakthroughs", Nam Dinh Provincial Police has developed a specific plan, creating a practical reference for the entire political system.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the leadership of the Provincial Police identified this as an important revolution, requiring high determination. The Provincial Police has actively disseminated the spirit of innovation to all officers and soldiers, and done a good job of ideological work to ensure consensus and common determination in carrying out breakthrough tasks in 2025.

Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh, Director of the Provincial Police Department, presented the decision on early retirement to Lieutenant Colonel Le Anh Tuan, Chief of the Police Department of Y Yen district.

In order to effectively implement the personnel arrangement, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Nguyen, Head of the Mobile Police Department and Lieutenant Colonel Le Anh Tuan, Head of the Y Yen District Police, have taken the lead in applying for early retirement. This is a proactive step, contributing to facilitating the arrangement and assignment of cadres and preparing personnel for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term and implementing the task of streamlining the organization of the Provincial Police in the coming time.

Recently, Nam Dinh Provincial Police solemnly held a ceremony to announce the retirement decision of two comrades. Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police, praised the pioneering spirit of the two comrades, and acknowledged their important contributions to the work of ensuring security and order. Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh hopes that the comrades will continue to accompany and contribute valuable experience to the cause of building an increasingly clean and strong provincial police force.
