Attending and serving as the judging panel were: Colonel Huynh Cam, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police; Phan Thi Ngan Hanh, President of the Provincial Women's Union; and Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Cong, Head of the Political Affairs Department, Provincial Police.
The teams participated in three competition rounds: knowledge, graceful ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress), and soldier's talent. Thanks to the preparation and investment in each round, the female members brought to the competition unique and diverse performances in both content and form. The competition revolved around knowledge of the traditions of the People's Police Force, emulation movements within the force; cultural conduct within the People's Police Force; and the traditions of Vietnamese women throughout history. In particular, the graceful ao dai competition left a strong impression on the audience and judges, highlighting the traditional beauty of Vietnamese women.
At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to the Staff Department - Provincial Police Team, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes, 4 Consolation Prizes to the remaining teams, and 3 individual prizes for the best performances.
