On behalf of the authorized representative, Major General Tran Phu Ha, Director of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, presented the Decision and offered flowers to congratulate Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Van Giang.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the Minister of Public Security, Major General Tran Phu Ha, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, presented the Decision of the Minister of Public Security appointing Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Van Giang (born in 1978), Head of the Administrative Police Department for Social Order, to the position of Deputy Director of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.

Members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and leaders of the Provincial Police presented flowers to congratulate Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Van Giang.

In his congratulatory remarks and assignment of duties to Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Van Giang, Major General Tran Phu Ha, Director of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, emphasized that this is a very important event for the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police; it is not only an honor and source of pride for Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Van Giang and his family, but also a shared joy for all officers and soldiers of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.

Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Van Giang has over 28 years of experience studying and working in the People's Public Security Force. He has received basic training, been nurtured, tested, and continuously strived in various leadership positions and fields of work. Throughout his career, regardless of the unit he served in, he has always been dedicated, committed, and responsible in his work, successfully completing all assigned tasks.

The appointment of Comrade Trinh Van Giang as Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department by the Minister of Public Security is a well-deserved recognition from the Central Public Security Party Committee, the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province, and the Party Committee and leadership of the Provincial Police Department for his achievements and contributions to the Thanh Hoa Police Department over the past period.
