Announcement of the Decision to establish the Provincial Party Agencies Bloc Youth Union and the Provincial People's Committee Bloc Youth Union.

On December 11th, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union held a conference to announce the Decisions on the establishment of the Youth Union of the Provincial Party Agencies Bloc and the Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee Bloc. Attending the conference were leaders of the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Agencies and the Provincial People's Committee; representatives from the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department; members of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union; and representatives from 53 affiliated grassroots youth union organizations.

At the Conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union announced Decision No. 845-QD/TDTN-CTD&TTN of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union on the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Provincial Party Agencies Bloc. This is a higher-level Youth Union directly under the Provincial Youth Union, comprising 8 grassroots Youth Union branches belonging to agencies and units of the Provincial Party Committee, with 4,800 members. At the same time, Decision No. 846-QD/TDTN-CTD&TTN of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union was announced, appointing the Executive Committee of 12 members, the Standing Committee of 5 members, the Inspection Committee, and key (temporary) positions of the Youth Union of the Provincial Party Agencies Bloc.

Leaders of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies and the Provincial Youth Union congratulated the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the provincial Party agencies.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union also announced Decision No. 847-QD/TDTN-CTD&TTN of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union on the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee Bloc, which is a higher-level grassroots Youth Union directly under the Provincial Youth Union, comprising 45 grassroots Youth Union branches of specialized agencies and public service units under the Provincial People's Committee, with 5,906 members. Along with that, they announced Decision No. 848-QD/TDTN-CTD&TTN of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union appointing the Executive Committee with 21 members, the Standing Committee with 7 members, the Inspection Committee, and key (temporary) positions of the Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee Bloc.

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Youth Union congratulated the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Provincial Youth Union leaders congratulated the comrades appointed to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee, and key (temporary) positions of the two Youth Union branches. They also requested that the temporary Executive Committees of the two Youth Union branches quickly stabilize their organizations, establish strong operational procedures; strengthen political and ideological education, cultivate the character and qualities of young cadres; be proactive and creative in implementing action movements linked to the political tasks of their agencies and units. Furthermore, they urged them to care for and support union members, identify and nurture outstanding young talents; strive to excellently fulfill their duties, and make positive contributions to the Youth Union's work and youth movement in the province.
